At Jul&Mi Candles, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund policy carefully.

 

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

 

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to info@julmicandles.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are damaged or faulty. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@julmicandles.co.uk.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders, personalized products, and sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
